Thank you very very much :)

Back from Adelaide! In the midst of transferring my photos to the laptop, I accidentally deleted some of them and I am so upset now...cos the photos that I lost are the more meaningful ones like the ones taken on CNY eve with Uncle, Yiyi, Dennis and Mei Jia. Arghhh... angry! :(

Now I can only seek comfort in the few photos that I have left.. I had a great time in Adelaide! It wasn't really a sightseeing kind of trip but I had a good time catching up with my relatives. I really want to thank them for not only accomodating me but pampering me with sooooo much good food! They have made me feel so welcome and at home.. I know they read my blog so,

Uncle, YiYi, Dennis and Mei Jia: Thank you very much once again! I will definitely miss you all and the peaches!! :)


Here are some photos that we took when they sent me off at the airport..was quite sad when I said goodbye to them.. now I really dread saying goodbyes at airports..cos its not a nice feeling to leave your loved ones.. Well, will update the photos and stories when I return from Newcastle. Now I gotta return to packing for my trip to Newcastle and eat more of the peaches (freshly grown from their house's peach tree!) that Uncle gave me!

Back in Sydney!

I am back in Sydney and have been home alone the past few days cos Elain is in Melbourne spending CNY with her Aunt, Zhen and Sil are in Tasmania and poor Wan Ru is at some ulu, far far away town for her placement. Well, I will not be home alone anymore! Flying off to Adelaide tomorrow to spend CNY with my Aunt and her family! Will return on Sat then travel to Newcastle on Sun for my 3-weeks placement at a Mental Health hospital there. So I am gonna be busy busy the next few weeks! I wanted to blog about my summer holiday in Spore, looks like I gotta push my plans back and blog about it later!

I went into a baking frenzy on Sunday when I was home alone..haha. I spent the entire day baking tons of cookies for my aunt and my housemates. It was tiring but I really enjoyed it cos baking is just so therapeutic! Anyways, what's CNY without sinful goodies?? Here are my fruits of labour!

Return to my domesticated-self when I am back in Sydney. Can just spend the entire day grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning the house, washing clothes...I like it though! Got sense of achievement after that..haha. Gotta say bye bye to my spore princess life.. sobs...
