Canberra- 11 August 07

Here are the photos of our day trip to Canberra! Basically we spent most of our time on the bus sleeping cos its 3 hours away from Sydney- never slept so much in the day since I arrived in Sydney! haha... Canberra is the most BORING capital I have ever been to. Always thought that capitals should be buzzing with activities and people but the entire place is like a ghost town! Rumour has it that they couldn't decide if Melbourne or Sydney should be the capital so they just build a city randomly between the two, named it Canberra and made it the capital..haha. I was so amused by the story lor.. Nevertheless, we had some fun entertaining ourselves and I really enjoyed the bus trip cos of the nice country side views and really bright stars at night =)

Cool right?? We can actually go in and sit! Haven't even been to Singapore's parliament house lor. That's where the Prime minister, John Howard, sits!

We will be going to the Blue Mountains for 3 days 2 nights with Joan 3 weeks later, gonna trek and explore caves- I am so looking forward to it!! Ahhhh...
